Introducing our new series of exceptional bottles from iconic distilleries in Scotland. The Cask Masters honours the centuries of traditions and craftsmanship that have made Scotch whisky one of the world’s finest products. For each of The Cask Masters, we select only the most outstanding whiskies, all of which exhibit the provenance, age, and balance of flavours expected from the finest spirits.

Each of The Cask Masters bottles comes with individualised labels, making each bottle a unique work of art. All labels pay tribute to the art of whisky making, highlighting a different element of the many processes involved in creating landmark Scotch whiskies.  No two labels are alike, ensuring that every whisky enthusiast becomes the guardian of an entirely distinctive piece of liquid art. This extra attention to detail is designed to elevate the whisky tasting experience, creating a true sensory and visual feast.

GLENROTHES 31 YEARS OLD

The Glenrothes Distillery is nestled in the picturesque Speyside region of Scotland. Renowned for its dedication to tradition and craftsmanship, this distillery has been producing some of the finest single malt for over a century. The distillery is known for its unusually slow distillation and extensive knowledge of oak cask maturation. Only a very small amount of spirit from The Glenrothes which meets the specific criteria and high quality standards of their Master Blenders is bottled as Single Malt.

Our Glenrothes was matured in a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead and bottled at 43.7% ABV, with just 277 bottles released in total. On the nose, this whisky displays classic vintage Speyside aromas of crème brûlée and sourdough bread combined with notes of floral rosewater, creating an atmosphere of dusky autumnal evenings. On the palate, luxuriant flavours of fig jam, plum pudding, bilberry, white chocolate, and crème brûlée work in harmony with the delicate chestnut & oak notes to reveal a luxurious, enjoyable dram.

MACALLAN 32 YEARS OLD

The Macallan whisky distillery is a revered institution in the world of fine spirits, producing single malt whiskies for over two centuries. With a rich history and a commitment to traditional craftsmanship, the Macallan become a symbol of excellence in the whisky industry. One of the unique factors that sets The Macallan apart is their unwavering dedication to the use of the finest oak casks for maturation

We are immensely proud to present our 32 year old Macallan, which was matured in a first fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead,  bottled at 43.8% ABV,  and with a total production of just 202 bottles. A super, fresh aroma with lots of orchard fruits; apples & pears, balanced with mint and grassy meadows. This leads to a palate that reveals some of the legendary Macallan and sherry cask flavours – the green fruits now combine with raisins, ginger cake, and dark chocolate, with a balanced and lingering finish. An opulent, decadent dram!

TORMORE 33 YEARS OLD

Tormore distillery is surrounded by natural beauty and abundant wildlife of Cairngorms National Park. Tormore Distillery is a shining example of how innovation and tradition can co-exist harmoniously in the whisky world. From their striking architecture of the distillery to their commitment to sustainability, every aspect of Tormore reflects their unwavering dedication to pushing boundaries and crafting exceptional whiskies.

Our Tormore was matured in first fill Alerican Bourbon Barrel. It was bottled at 49.85 abv with 190 bottles released in total. On the nose it proposes A delicate hint of distillery dunnage warehouse, with wisps of cinnamon and stewed apples fading delicately. On the palate, this Tormore combines sweet elements of ripe fruits and heather honey, with a dry, mineral character providing great texture and complexity. A warming, satisfying whisky to entice and enjoy!
