Brave New Spirits announce distribution partner in Switzerland

Brave New Spirits, the Glasgow-based Scotch Whisky independent blender & bottler, have announced a distribution partnership in Switzerland with SMUGGLER, by LANDI Buchrain.

The agreement will see SMUGGLER distributing the Connoisseur’s Department range of small batch and single cask whiskies from Brave New Spirits throughout Switzerland, with a focus on specialist retailers and restaurants. The whiskies will also feature at tastings and whisky fairs, such as the Whiskyschiff Festival in Lucerne.

Batch no.1 of the producer’s “Whisky of Voodoo” range, comprising of four single malts, one single grain and one blended malt, is now available. All six expressions carry an age statement and feature distinctive labels, with several being matured or finished in wine casks. In addition to Switzerland, this range recently launched through specialist partners in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Poland, Japan, & South Korea.

These new whiskies join a growing portfolio from Brave New Spirits, which also includes higher volume whiskies such as Celtic Revival and The Highland Shepherd Single Malts, both of which received Gold Medals at the 2022 Scotch Whisky Masters. The company will also soon launch their next series of single cask bottlings, under the “Cask Noir” banner.
