Ingredients

  • 60ml (2oz) Lighthouse (peated) Whisky
  • 30ml (1oz) freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Soda or sparkling water
  • 7ml (0.25oz) honey (optional for sweetness)
  • Grapefruit wedge and fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Method

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
  2. Add whisky and grapefruit juice
  3. Stir in honey until it dissolves (optional)
  4. Top up with soda or sparkling water
  5. Stir gently to combine
