Ingredients
- 60ml (2oz) Lighthouse (peated) whisky
- 20ml (0.75oz) fresh lemon juice
- 15ml (0.5oz) simple syrup
- Egg white (optional)
- Lemon twist or cherry (for garnish)
Method
- Add whisky, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using) to a shaker without ice
- Dry shake (shake without ice) for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry
